First, your order is made with a 50% deposit. Second, a connection is made: we contact you to confirm your wording, spelling, photos, and need-by date. Third, proofs are created, and your first proof is always free. The second and third proofs are $25 each, and any more are quoted. Fourth, your proof is approved in writing. Fifth, delivery time starts: your 7–10 business day turnaround begins the business day after approval, and the balance is due before shipping. If a change is needed because of our error, it is always free.
